Confused, what does the Chamber of Commerce have to do with property taxes? They are suppose to promote business in the state. Seperating it by region would be a much better solution, as we are already seperated by 11 regions (Lake,Leatherstocking, Adirondack etc.) The Regions do need to be revamped though; Lewis should be region 4, Hamilton, Herkimer and Fulton should be part of 6. I understand that PARTS of these counties are in Adirondack Park but not the entire counties. ADP needs to GO!!!

Sure. Change the Chamber from Local to Regional. For whatever it's worth, one of the Chambers' purposes is to promote pro-business initiatives. Here in NYS that's been demonstrated to be a losing proposition. That being said, Chambers of Commerce are helpful to its members.
